Psychodiagnostic Assessment

Dr. Mlotek conducts psychodiagnostic assessments, which aim to identify a mental health diagnosis and/or help you understand the mental health difficulties and symptoms that you have been experiencing. These assessments will provide information for treatment planning.

Psychodiagnostic assessments consist of a clinical interview and you may be asked to fill out questionnaires. Following the assessment phase, a feedback appointment will be scheduled to discuss the results of the assessment and provide recommendations.

Treatment

Dr. Mlotek provides individual psychotherapy to adults. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. Frequency of these sessions vary on an individual basis and will be discussed in your first session.
